This has been a part of my seeking since my first few months and I found, for me, very centering. Of course I added literature, including the 24 Hour Book, Touchstones, The Bible, The Upper Room, Around the Year, Daily Reflections, The Grapevine, Medicine Cards, and many other resources, to this daily ritual as many of us do.
